Senior CIO Consultant (M/F)
The CIO Advisory Practice supports CIOs across the full transformation cycle: IT strategy, M&A, architecture, Green IT, Digital Workplace, Datacentre & Cloud, Digital Network, FinOps. This role is aimed at a Senior CIO Advisory Consultant capable of working with CIOs of major accounts on diverse and strategic topics.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior CIO Consultant (M/F), you join the CIO Advisory practice to support our major account clients on IT strategy, IT M&A, architecture, IT process optimisation, Green IT, Digital Workplace, Datacentre & Cloud, or Digital Network topics.
- Datacentre rationalisation programme, Move2Cloud, FinOps
- Building a Cloud Operations Centre
- Defining the Modern Digital Workplace roadmap and Business Case
- Assessing and modelling the environmental footprint of the IS
- Managing the RFP for Network redesign (WAN, Firewall, LAN, WiFi)
- Establishing an Architecture Service Centre
- IT M&A unit responsible for all Group M&A matters across the international perimeter
- TOM: transitioning a CIO organisation to product mode
- Build to Run transition phase
- Organisational consulting for application RUN, ITSM and PPM organisation
- Optimising IT performance in asset management
- Participate in enriching the practice's offerings (technology watch, prototypes, offering development)
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized university Master's program, you have at least 3 years of successful consulting experience in management.
You have developed business skills through organizational consulting assignments.
You are able to analyze problems and challenges facing our clients and provide relevant solutions.
You are proactive while reporting to a Manager. With excellent interpersonal skills, very good writing abilities, and strong synthesis skills.
You master the Consultant fundamentals: interviews, meeting facilitation, project management, analysis, business cases, producing high-value deliverables, and demonstrating creativity.
You seek autonomy and responsibility. Your entrepreneurial spirit, innovative approach, and appetite for teamwork will allow you to contribute to our firm's development by proposing tailored solutions for our clients and within our internal working groups (innovation, training, workplace well-being, offering development).
