Description
Overview:
- The Civil Designer will create civil drawings for municipal governments and private developments such as roads, channels, and water and sewage systems.
- The Civil Designer will analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to create drawings
Other Skills:
- Effective problem solving/analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Complete multiple assignments successfully
- Ability to work with a team or independently as needed
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Five years’ computer-aided drafting experience, specifically with Civil 3D software
