Senior Civil Engineer - Aviation
- Work with the project leads, intermediate, and junior staff to ensure the civil team’s performance related to project goals and deadlines are met.
- Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts to maintain efficiency and collaboration.
- Manage aspects of aviation projects from a Civil perspective, from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.
- Prepare technical designs, specifications, quantities, cost estimates and reports.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Oversee schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with goals.
- University degree in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering design and/or project management,
- Demonstrated expertise in transportation infrastructure with a specific interest in Civil design and delivery at airports.
- Experience leading and managing teams of professionals.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven organizational capabilities and a flexible, solution-driven approach to challenges.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
