Senior Client Service Representative
Summary
Provide in-person client service for day-to-day banking needs, resolve issues, and guide customers on mobile banking tools at a CIBC branch in Kelowna.
You will use your expertise in financial services products and customer service to help clients manage their day-to-day banking needs. You will take the lead in answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members. You will help clients manage their accounts and products, focus on making every interaction meaningful, and resolve client issues by listening and taking accountability. You will introduce clients to mobile banking applications so they can better manage their banking. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and may support clients at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
