About the role

The Sr Client Success Executive, Strategic Accounts serves as the executive relationship owner and strategic business partner for Quantum Health’s most complex and high-value clients. This role is accountable for retention, revenue expansion, performance guarantee achievement, and long-term client value realization across a portfolio of national and jumbo accounts.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this leader drives enterprise-level strategy, aligns executive stakeholders, translates client business objectives into actionable success plans, and ensures cross-functional orchestration across Quantum Health to deliver measurable outcomes. Success in this role is defined by sustained client growth, executive-level trust, operational excellence, and strategic partnership that positions Quantum Health as an indispensable advisor.
Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.

What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)

Strategic Account Leadership & Value Realization
  • Serve as the executive relationship owner for assigned strategic and jumbo accounts, developing multi-year partnership strategies aligned to client enterprise objectives.
  • Establish and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships to position Quantum Health as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Translate client business priorities (cost containment, member experience, health outcomes, risk mitigation) into actionable account plans with defined KPIs and measurable ROI.
  • Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and executive presentations that demonstrate value realization and forward-looking innovation.
  • Own performance guarantee oversight, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive enterprise adoption and optimization of Quantum Health solutions to maximize client value and long-term partnership stability.
Revenue Growth, Retention & Portfolio Expansion
  • Own full retention accountability and revenue performance across assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies, including executive alignment, value articulation, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and lead expansion opportunities including cross-sell and upsell initiatives aligned to client strategic priorities.
  • Proactively assess account health through data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and risk monitoring to prevent churn and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Growth teams to position Quantum Health for expanded footprint within client organizations.

Enterprise Orchestration & Operational Excellence

  • Act as the internal quarterback for assigned accounts, aligning Operations, Clinical, Product, Finance, and Implementation teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Anticipate and resolve complex, escalated issues with executive-level visibility, ensuring rapid resolution and root-cause prevention.
  • Convey client market trends, competitive intelligence, and strategic objectives to internal leadership to inform product roadmap and service innovation.
  • Ensure disciplined CRM management and account hygiene, maintaining accurate forecasting, health scoring, and strategic documentation.
  • Provide executive insights and portfolio reporting to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience managing jumbo or national accounts (e.g., large, complex, multi-location, high-revenue employer groups).
  • 10–12+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, consulting, health insurance, or enterprise client leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success retaining and growing high-value, complex client portfolios.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders in high-stakes, high-visibility environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, performance guarantees, and value realization metrics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or benefits consulting strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and executive-level reporting.
  • Travel as required based on client and business needs.
