- Manages and interprets a wide variety of clinical or EHR based data
- Formulates and helps to define the scope or format of reports
- Uses clinical knowledge, background, or experience to guide analytic needs
- Compiles clinical data to meet customer requirements or analytic needs
- Work with members of technical teams to determine data availability, robustness, and fitness for release
- Identifies trends within data and makes recommendations for quality improvement
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Master's/Bachelor's in Nursing with hands-on hospital, clinic, or public health experience.
- Strong background in EHR/clinical data analysis, SQL, other data manipulation languages and Google Cloud or other cloud environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
