  • Deliver training sessions for investigators, site staff, and project teams to support consistent study execution and protocol compliance.

  • Work on complex clinical studies, ensuring monitoring activities are completed accurately and in accordance with study requirements.

  • Perform Case Report Form (CRF) reviews, source document verification, and clinical data query resolution.

  • Manage site communications and relationships, serving as a key contact for clinical investigators, vendors, and support services regarding study progress.

  • Participate in site identification and feasibility research activities.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations during Investigator Meetings.

  • Support audit preparation and participation, and contribute to the investigation and resolution of audit findings.

  • Assist Regulatory Affairs teams in obtaining and maintaining required site regulatory documentation.

  • Maintain study-specific automated tracking systems and ensure relevant information is accurate and up to date.

  • Requirements:

    • College or university degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.

    • At least 3 years of independent, on-site clinical monitoring experience in Mexico, as specified in the original posting.

    • Experience conducting all types of monitoring visits for Phase II and/or Phase III clinical trials.

    • Full professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English.

    • Willingness and availability to travel as required by study responsibilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Interest and aptitude in training, mentoring, and supporting junior clinical research professionals.

    • Experience in oncology or infectious diseases is considered an advantage.

    • Benefits:

      • Tailored training courses and professional mentoring to support career development.

      • Opportunity to develop skills in training, mentoring, and leadership.

      • Exposure to complex clinical studies and a variety of clinical research activities.

      • Potential career progression toward Lead Monitor responsibilities.

      • Opportunity to grow within an international clinical research environment.

      • A people-focused culture that emphasizes employee development and professional growth.
