About the Opportunity

Our client, a Federal Government agency, is seeking multiple experienced Senior Cloud Architects / Cloud Engineers and 3 Senior Power Platform Software Engineers to join major government digital transformation initiatives.

These opportunities offer the chance to work on enterprise-scale platforms, modern cloud technologies, Microsoft ecosystems, and critical projects that deliver digital services to Australians. Candidates will join high-performing teams and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions using Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and associated cloud services.

Location: Canberra ACT | Hybrid / Flexible Arrangements
Clearance: Australian Citizenship Required - Baseline Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Contract Length: 12 months
Extension Options: Up to 2 x 12-month extensions available
Start Date: October 2026 (estimated)

Opportunity 1: Senior Cloud Architects / Cloud Engineers

As a Senior Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer, you will help design and deliver enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise cloud and solution architectures
• Deliver Azure-based cloud platforms and integrations
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and business teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards

Key Skills & Experience

• Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and engineering
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure SQL
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor
• Cloud networking, security, identity management, and integration services
• Enterprise architecture and solution design experience

Opportunity 2: Senior Power Platform Software Engineers

As a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer, you will develop and enhance innovative business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Pages
• Design and build scalable enterprise applications
• Deliver integrations with Azure services and Microsoft platforms
• Work with modern development frameworks and cloud technologies
• Contribute to DevOps and continuous delivery practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams
