What will you do?
As a Senior Cloud Consultant with Azure, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of our Azure environment. , You will be responsible for performing regular operations related to Azure monitoring, backup monitoring, patch management, Azure compliance, sizing optimizations and advisory, as well as Azure consumption reports, follow-ups on Azure security scores.
Your tasks:
- Perform regular operations related to Azure monitoring, Azure compliance, sizing optimizations, cost optimizations and advisory, as well as Azure consumption reports, follow-ups on Azure security scores.
- Collaborate with the Cloud IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the Azure environment.
- Implement automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in cloud operations or related field.
- Experience in working with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in working with Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of scripting (Python).
- Knowledge of Terraform.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools e.g Ansible.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
