SENIOR CLOUD ENGINEER
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced AWS Cloud Engineers to support a strategic AWS Platform Improvement Program. The successful candidates will provide hands-on technical leadership, drive platform initiatives, and support enterprise-scale cloud operations in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver AWS platform improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and advisory support for AWS cloud services.
- Support enterprise-scale cloud platform operations, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Operate independently to resolve complex cloud platform challenges.
- Help reduce dependency on senior AWS architects by providing day-to-day technical leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments.
- Good understanding of infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholder engagements.
- Experience leading cloud platform implementation and operational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certifications (Associate, Professional, or Specialty).
- Experience in regulated industries (will be added advantage).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
