Senior Cloud Engineer

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require applicants to be eligible to obtain UKEYES ONLY clearance and to be a Sole UK National.
• We require candidates to be able to obtain and maintain DV level security clearance.
• We are looking for proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• We require experience developing and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• We are looking for experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical delivery teams.
• We require the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.
• We are looking for experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• We require proven experience delivering cloud projects end to end.

Responsibilities:

• We lead project teams to deliver cloud solutions and manage junior staff to meet customer needs.
• We provide technical leadership for the delivery of programme, project, and bidding activities.
• We support the development of cloud staff and make resourcing decisions.
• We develop design certifications, technical delivery plans, and documentation, including testing schedules.
• We understand market requirements and apply future technology developments to technical solutions.
• We perform complex engineering assignments to develop creative and practical solutions to customer problems.
