Senior Cloud Engineer for AI-native Infra & Kubernetes

MotorK Ltd. is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to own and evolve the cloud infra powering Europe‑wide platforms. You’ll enable 100+ developers, push cost, governance, and security forward, and design robust monitoring to catch issues before customers see them.

You’ll apply IaC with Terraform/Ansible, manage Kubernetes at scale, and leverage AWS/GCP, while advancing CI/CD, Linux, scripting, and database administration to keep our systems fast, reliable, and secure.

Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that powers the entire MotorK platform. Build the tools and workflows that make 100+ developers faster. Push governance, cost, and security forward without being a roadblock. Design monitoring and observability to tell you what’s wrong before customers do. Run capacity planning and load testing like it’s a competitive sport. Be the infra backbone for the whole R&D org. Real production experience running Kubernetes at scale. Deep knowledge of at least one cloud provider, ideally AWS. SRE/DevOps instincts baked in, not bolted on. Infrastructure as Code fluency (Terraform, Ansible). Strong CI/CD chops. RDBMS troubleshooting and optimization (MySQL, Postgres). Linux administration in your bones. Scripting fluency – Bash, Python, Groovy. Networking know‑how, cloud and bare‑metal. Comfort with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki. Bonus: PHP or Java experience on k8s. Bonus: OSS CMS experience (WordPress, Joomla).
