Salary: $180000.00 - $190000.00 p.a. + Plus Super and bonu

A leading Australian financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is ideal for an experienced cloud networking professional who enjoys designing, building and optimising secure, scalable cloud infrastructure within a complex enterprise environment. You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's cloud networking strategy while working with modern technologies across public cloud and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and enhance cloud networking and security infrastructure across public cloud environments
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions to improve automation and consistency
- Provide Level 3 technical support and act as an escalation point for complex cloud network issues
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of future infrastructure initiatives and cloud transformations
- Support the development of technology standards, governance frameworks and best practices
- Partner with key stakeholders across technology and business teams to deliver critical infrastructure outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working with public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and/or GCP
- Deep understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, routing, IP addressing, load balancing and network security
- Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Python and Ansible
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud, network and infrastructure issues
- Industry certifications such as Cisco, AWS or Azure are highly regarded
