Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Role summary:
Customer-facing CSA focused on cloud operations, observability, service health, reliability, and operational excellence across Azure environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Design monitoring and alerting strategies using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and dashboards.
• Help customers build operational processes for incident response, service health, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Configure diagnostic settings, log collection, KQL queries, alerts, workbooks, and automation.
• Review customer environments for operational maturity, cost efficiency, resiliency, and service reliability.
• Support adoption of Azure Well-Architected operational excellence and reliability practices.
• Work with customer IT operations teams to improve cloud run-state processes.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers.
• Drive adoption, consumption, health, and successful implementation of Microsoft cloud services.
• Identify technical blockers and coordinate resolution with support, engineering, partners, and account teams.
• Deliver architecture workshops, technical guidance, readiness sessions, and best-practice reviews.
• Align customer technical plans with business outcomes and measurable success criteria.
• Document customer architecture, risks, dependencies, recommendations, and next steps.
