Senior Cloud Platform Engineer – Multi-Cloud / GCP

Senior Cloud Platform Engineer – Multi-Cloud / GCP
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or similar roles
- Strong practical experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with multi-cloud environments, preferably including AWS and/or Azure
- Proven experience in implementing enterprise-level landing zones
- Expert-level knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
- Advanced experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, including VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity
- Experience working with cloud security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead incident response activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional cloud certifications, especially Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- ITIL certification or knowledge of service management frameworks
