SENIOR CLOUD SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Solutions Consultant to support customer solution design and pre-sales activities across the APAC region. The role will focus on understanding customer business and technical requirements, designing and configuring cloud-based SaaS solutions, developing Proofs of Concept, conducting solution demonstrations, and supporting cloud solution deployment and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer business, technical, integration and infrastructure requirements and translate them into appropriate cloud solution designs.
• Design, configure and demonstrate cloud-based SaaS solutions based on customer requirements and use cases.
• Participate in the specification, setup, configuration and execution of Proofs of Concept, technical demonstrations and solution workshops.
• Configure demonstration and evaluation environments, workflows, integrations and application components.
• Support deployment and configuration of cloud-based applications and solutions.
• Work with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet performance, scalability, security and integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot cloud environments, application configurations, integrations and technical issues.
• Support automation of recurring cloud configuration and deployment activities where applicable.
• Assess integration requirements between cloud platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP, finance and procurement applications.
• Provide functional and technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer objectives, technical requirements and solution needs.
• Present the technical and business value of cloud-based solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Work with Product, Engineering and Cloud Operations teams to support solution improvements and customer requirements.
• Stay current with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, AI and Agentic AI developments.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SaaS and cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Experience in cloud solution design, configuration, deployment or technical consulting.
• Experience developing and running Proofs of Concept and technical solution demonstrations.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, virtual platforms, enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Experience with automation, scripting or cloud configuration tools is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
