Senior Coach/Counsellor
Your role As a senior coach/counsellor, you will conduct telephone intakes and guide (complex) coaching and counselling trajectories. You support clients in resolving personal and work-related issues, with the goal of strengthening their well-being and functioning. In addition, you contribute to the growth of the team through mentoring and peer consultation.
- Telephone intakes and coaching/counselling sessions (online, by phone, and sometimes face-to-face)
- Performing telephone duties (between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, according to schedule)
- Case management and advice on referrals to the network
- Peer consultation and mentoring for colleagues and network partners
- Participating in the chatbox on agreed-upon days
- Active participation in the daily short work meeting and the weekly team meeting
Who are we looking for? Must-haves
- HBO/WO bachelor or master degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or similar
- Several years of work experience with a wide range of issues
- Stable, open personality with a sense of humor
- Result-oriented and to the point
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing
- Residing in the province of Utrecht
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multiple methodologies
- Ability to flexibly switch between therapy forms and coaching models
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, MBCT)
- Expertise in themes such as burnout & stress, trauma, and neurodiversity
- Using humor and creativity without losing depth
- Working with different cultures, ages, and backgrounds
- Experience in the corporate sector

- Salary between €3.600 - €4.000 based on a 40-hour work week and depending on age and experience
