E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Collection Manager to join our team in Fort Meade, MD in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). DIA provides intelligence on foreign militaries and their operating environments so the United States and its allies can prevent and decisively win wars. It serves everyone from the president to the soldier in combat through a combination of expert analysis, intelligence gathering, and cutting-edge science and technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides collection management (CM) expertise/proficiency/know-how to enable collection requirements management, collection operations management, and multi-discipline collection strategies supporting USCYBERCOM intelligence and operational planning.
- Demonstrates proficiency in intelligence collection disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT) and collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes, namely the Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Requirements-Reporting and Operations Management Environment (CHROME), National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP), Primary Open Source Tasking Management Aggregation Network (POSTMAN), and the GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS).
- Supports the development and integration of multi-discipline collection strategies to ensure collection requirements support intelligence needs and operational end states.
- Monitors collection strategies, provides feedback, and collaborates with analysts and planners to adjust strategies and assess reporting.
- Supports intelligence community engagements via national working groups/boards to deconflict and coordinate cross-organizational intelligence needs.
