Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Accountabilities

1. Forecasting & Annual Budget Planning

• Lead monthly P&L forecast process for total Export Far East by market / by month / by brand form level
• Consolidate and validate forecast change, building block assumptions and risk & opportunity input from distributor, commercial team and supply chain team
• Prepare P&L forecast summary, articulate key changes for monthly S&OP (sales & operation process) and Regional Business Review
• Prepare and validate P&L details for monthly system submission based on aligned forecast in S&OP and Business Review
• Lead annual planning for total EFE, working closely across finance team, commercial team across markets and logistic team
• Develop clear and efficient timeline and template to guide different owners to provide forecast and assumptions. Prepare presentation deck following regional and global templates

2. Finance Business Partner

• Provide in-depth finance support to 5 out of 10 markets in EFE including Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan as a business partner to the country managers
• Lead financial analysis (pricing, mix, trade spend, channel profitability, etc.) for key markets
• Review new product launch financial structure. Set up pricing structure for new SKU

3. Operation

• Ensure the corrected and updated ICY price and CIF price are received and updated to the system for the customers ordering and invoicing.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the customer’s price key
• Monitor FX movement and provide hedging updates to Treasury
