Senior Commercial Mechanical Divisional Manager job in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and Building Owners
• Train, hire and promote Project Managers, Estimators, Detailers, Purchasing, and others within the commercial mechanical division
• In charge of revenue and profit numbers for commercial division of the company
• Make sure projects are completed safely, on-time and under budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Mechanical Divisional Manager experience
• 15+ years of Mechanical-Airside experience
• Local in Minneapolis, MN
• Stable work-history
