Senior Commissioning Engineer - PACO (Offshore)

Job Summary

We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Commissioning Engineer-PACO to lead commissioning activities for offshore projects. This role requires deep expertise in PACO systems and the ability to manage full-cycle commissioning tasks, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operational according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning planning, execution, and handover of PACO systems on offshore facilities.
• Develop commissioning procedures, work packs, and test documentation.
• Oversee loop checks, functional testing, and system integration of instrumentation and control systems.
• Collaborate with design, operations, and construction teams to ensure proper implementation of PACO-related scopes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems and instrumentation.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with HSE standards and project schedules.
• Manage commissioning teams and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors during offshore campaigns.
• Provide technical input during FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SATs (Site Acceptance Tests).

Required Qualification & Skills

• Relevant Engineering Degree
• 15+ years of offshore experience, with at least 5 years in a senior commissioning role focused on PACO systems.
• Strong understanding of DCS, ESD, F&G, SCADA, and PLC systems.
• Hands-on experience with offshore commissioning and pre-commissioning processes.
• Familiar with international standards such as IEC, ISA, and API.
• BOSIET certification is mandatory.
