Senior Communication Business Partner Tech
You build communication systems and content for a global technology organization. You partner with technology leadership, design communication frameworks, lead content strategy and storytelling for major events and initiatives, create plans for cross-functional programs, translate technical topics into clear narratives, and develop scalable communication approaches.
Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with technology leadership

- Design a communications matrix across global, local, and functional levels
- Create scalable communication approaches
- Lead content strategy and storytelling for technology events, announcements, and initiatives
- Build communication plans for cross-functional programs

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications
- Experience supporting technology or product teams in a global organization
- Strong storytelling and writing skills
- Ability to simplify complex subjects
- Ability to build stakeholder trust and align teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions amid ambiguity
- Willingness to travel to Amsterdam several times a year
