Why this is an exciting opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Company Secretary to play a key role in supporting effective corporate governance across HUB24. This role will work closely with the Group Company Secretary, Board, executives and senior stakeholders to support board and committee operations, manage company secretarial requirements, and help ensure HUB24 continues to meet its legal, regulatory and governance obligations.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced ASX-listed company secretarial professional who enjoys working in a trusted advisory capacity, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple stakeholder inputs in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the coordination and administration of Board, committee and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, notices, minutes, proxies and related correspondence.
- Attend relevant Board and committee meetings as Company Secretary, record proceedings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items to support timely delivery.
- Work closely with the Group Company Secretary, Board, executives and senior management to support effective corporate governance across HUB24.
- Help ensure relevant boards and committees operate in line with their charters, the Constitution, ASX Good Governance Principles and broader governance best practice.
- Support ASIC and ASX filings, subsidiary board secretarial duties, and governance, regulatory and policy reviews as required.
- Assist with Director and Officer inductions, and support coordination of Directors’ and corporate insurance policies, including D&O and PI insurance.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and taxation advisers, auditors and key business leaders, to support business objectives and governance outcomes.
- Role model integrity, sound judgement and a considered risk culture in line with HUB24’s reputation and governance standards
What you bring

Experience & Skills
- Relevant degree or Governance Institute qualification, combined with company secretarial experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in an ASX-listed company secretarial role.
- Strong understanding of governance, regulatory and company secretarial obligations in a listed environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and professional credibility across senior stakeholder groups.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines across work requiring input from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your approach to achieve effective outcomes.
