Senior Compliance Manager

The Senior Compliance Manager provides senior leadership and hands-on oversight of Standard Nutrition Company’s regulatory compliance programs across all operating company locations, with a strong focus on FSMA/FDA, OSHA, and DOT requirements. This role is responsible for developing, strengthening, and continuously improving Standard’s regulatory and compliance programs, ensuring requirements are effectively implemented and maintained across locations.

The Senior Compliance Manager owns Standard’s day-to-day relationships with outside regulatory agencies, safety consultants, and subject matter experts that support the compliance program. The role conducts a structured annual compliance audit at each location, including onsite assessment, documentation review, identification of gaps, and follow-up. The Senior Compliance Manager communicates findings to site and senior leadership and develops actionable remediation plans that locations work through with ongoing guidance, follow-up, and support until corrective actions are completed.

This role also serves as Standard’s primary point of contact and onsite lead for official regulatory audits and inspections, coordinating with governing agencies and internal teams to ensure the organization is prepared, responsive, and compliant.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in FSMA/FDA compliance and food/feed regulatory requirements, along with demonstrated experience developing and improving regulatory or compliance programs. Experience conducting onsite audits, identifying compliance gaps, developing corrective actions, and managing follow-up through completion is essential. Experience with Safe Feed/Safe Food (SF/SF) or similar feed-safety programs is a strong plus.
