Top Source Executive Search (TSES) is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across internal operations and client-related services, develop effective policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippine Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Compliance Operations: Oversee compliance across internal operations and client-related services, covering corporate, tax, labor, data privacy, anti-money laundering (AML), SEC, BIR, BSP, PEZA, DOLE, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
Lead & Mentor Teams: Supervise departments involved in service delivery and guide service team managers and leaders.
Develop Compliance Frameworks: Establish and implement compliance policies, manuals, codes of conduct, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and senior management to ensure comprehensive compliance coverage.
Monitor Regulatory Developments: Conduct legal research and prepare reports on regulatory issuances affecting licensing, registration, periodic reporting, and government filings.
Maintain Corporate Records: Ensure records are accurately filed, secure, updated, accessible, and maintained in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Provide Legal & Compliance Support: Support the company and its clients in meeting legal and regulatory obligations.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices that support business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
CPA-Lawyer qualification preferred.
Degree in Accountancy and/or Law.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in corporate services or multi-client legal, accounting, or tax services is an advantage.
