Senior Compute Solutions Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute mid-to-long-term Compute business strategies to drive sustainable growth across the Transportation and ISP sectors.
- Lead the commercial and technical management of the Compute portfolio, including resource allocation, sales target achievement, revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead competitive replacement strategies against Tier-1 vendors, driving strategic customer migrations and mission-critical Compute infrastructure upgrades.
- Establish and maintain relationships with CTOs, CIOs and senior government/public-sector stakeholders, translating business requirements into appropriate Compute solutions and technology roadmaps.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10 or more Solution Managers and Pre-Sales Engineers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, technology forums and customer events, delivering technical and business presentations on Compute infrastructure and emerging technologies.
- To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant ICT experience, with strong expertise in Compute, data centre, cloud or AI infrastructure.
- Proven experience in Compute solution management, pre-sales, product management or solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of advanced Compute technologies, including AI SuperPoD and integrated Compute solutions.
- Strong experience in Transportation, ISP, Government, Data Centre or other large-scale enterprise sectors, with proven commercial and business management capabilities.
- At least 3 years of cross-border/overseas ICT project or customer engagement experience, with strong C-suite and senior government stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading a technical or solution team of 20 or more members, as well as end-to-end solution architecture and delivery of large-scale ICT projects exceeding USD 20 million in project value.
- HCIE or an equivalent advanced professional certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including internal teams, business counterparts and customers in China.
