You will report into the Creative Director of the team.
Responsibilities
Character Design
- 负责角色设计与视觉探索，从概念草图到高完成度角色设定。
- 探索并定义符合产品方向的角色视觉语言，包括造型、比例、剪影、材质表现等。
- 输出具有高度辨识度和视觉吸引力的角色设计方案。
Design Systems & Methodology
- 构建角色设计逻辑，包括视觉背景、功能定位、设计原则及叙事关联。
- 建立并持续完善角色设计规范，包括比例体系、风格边界及细节密度控制等。
- 在设计中兼顾整体风格统一性与设计多样性，为长期内容扩展提供支持。
Cross-functional Collaboration
- 与角色美术、动画、特效及技术美术团队密切合作，确保设计方案具备良好的制作可行性及稳定表现。
- 提供清晰、可执行的设计交付，包括结构拆解、材质指引及设计说明。
- 参与评审与反馈流程，持续跟进角色从概念到最终实现的整体质量。
Quality
- 推动角色设计质量标准的建立，并参与整体美术风格建设。
- 根据产品需求及目标平台要求，平衡设计复杂度与制作成本。
- 快速响应设计方向调整，在探索阶段提供多套设计方案支持。
Team Contribution
- 指导团队成员，提升整体设计能力。
- 参与外部合作伙伴的反馈及质量把控。
- 推动设计经验沉淀，建立可复用的设计方法与规范。
Required Qualifications
- 拥有6–10年以上游戏行业经验，至少参与过1–2个完整项目（上线或关键开发阶段）。
- 具备扎实的美术基础（人体结构、透视、色彩、构成），拥有优秀的造型与设计能力。
- 具备成熟的角色设计方法论，而不仅仅是优秀的绘制能力。
- 能够独立完成从探索草图、精细设定到设计说明的完整设计流程。
- 熟悉多种风格化角色设计表现方式。
- 理解3D内容制作流程及跨职能协作流程，具备设计可落地意识。
- 熟练使用 Photoshop、Blender 及其他3D辅助设计工具。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够清晰表达设计意图并推动设计落地。
Desired Qualifications
- 有打造高辨识度角色设计的经验，具备商业化项目经验者优先。
- 具有复杂角色内容制作项目经验。
- 具备3D能力，包括 Blockout 或简单模型辅助设计能力。
- 熟悉跨文化设计，理解全球化审美及不同文化元素的融合。
- 有外部合作伙伴管理或团队指导经验。
- 对角色背景设定及设计叙事（Design Narrative）有深入理解。
Portfolio Requirements
请提供3–5个代表性角色设计案例，内容包括：
- 草图探索过程
- 方案迭代过程
- 最终角色设定
- 设计思考及设计方法说明（非常重要）
作品集应重点展示完整的设计思路，而不仅仅是最终视觉效果。
请包含不同类型的角色设计案例，并附带相应的设计说明。
如有商业项目成果，也欢迎一并提供。
