Senior Construction & Project Delivery Roles – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Project (Jeddah, KSA)
We are currently building a high-calibre delivery team for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are inviting expressions of interest from experienced construction and project professionals. This is not a single vacancy but a talent pool advertisement for multiple senior and mid-senior level roles across project delivery, design, and construction management. Successful candidates will be considered for current and upcoming assignments depending on experience and suitability. Roles of Interest We are seeking candidates for the following positions: - Project Director - Project Manager - Construction Manager - MEP Manager - Design Manager - QA/QC Manager - HSE Manager Project Overview The opportunities relate to the delivery of a large-scale, state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences facility in Jeddah, with involvement from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Applicants should demonstrate strong experience in one or more of the above disciplines, with a proven track record in: - Delivery of large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities - EPC / design & build / PMC environments - Complex MEP-heavy building systems (cleanrooms, HVAC, process utilities, etc.) - Managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors on major projects - International project delivery experience, ideally within the GCC and/or KSA - Strong understanding of quality assurance, HSE, and regulatory compliance in pharma or regulated environments
