Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the construction execution of large‑scale projects
- Leadership of the trades as well as subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring quality, schedule, cost and safety compliance
- Leading site meetings and coordinating all project stakeholders
- Participation in procurement, contract management and claim management
- Close alignment with the project management team and the client
Show your expertise
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical discipline
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- At least 15 years of experience in managing complex construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards and approval processes
- Experience in industrial or pharmaceutical construction is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, decision‑making ability and high communication competence
- Excellent German and English skills
