Senior Construction Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

The successful candidate will oversee all site construction activities, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure programme adherence, and drive the successful execution of high-value developments to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
2. Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve programme milestones and project objectives.
3. Monitor construction progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
4. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and statutory requirements while maintaining the highest construction standards.
5. Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and clients, including programme updates, cost control measures, and resource planning.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 10+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Construction Manager role on large-scale building projects.
3. Proven experience delivering high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or major commercial developments valued at AED 500M+.
4. Strong preference for candidates with UAE or wider GCC project experience and a thorough understanding of local regulations, authority approvals, and construction practices.
5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams, multiple stakeholders, and complex project programmes in a fast-paced environment.
