Are you experienced in construction administration, project accounting, contract administration, payroll, billing, and document control? Do you enjoy keeping projects organized, identifying solutions before problems occur, and supporting construction teams that deliver complex industrial and manufacturing projects?

The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Administrator to support multiple Indiana operations. This role is critical to the success of our growing automotive and industrial construction projects and will serve as a key partner to Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.

Be the force behind successful construction projects. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you'll partner with project teams, field leaders, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep complex construction projects running smoothly. From safety and quality initiatives to procurement, document control, equipment management, and cost reporting, you'll play a critical role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with excellence. Ideal candidates are highly organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $30 - $37 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • An associate’s degree is required.
  • Five to seven years of construction accounting experience or equivalent combinations of training or experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of standard accounting procedures, company policies and standards is critical. Knowledge of construction contract terms & conditions is critical.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company,
    including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Nice to Have

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft O365 suite of programs, project financial management tools,and project management software is essential. CMiC and Autodesk preferred.
  • Sophisticated organization and problem-solving are essential.
