Heartline Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to recruit across a broad range of construction and skilled construction positions nationwide.

This opportunity is designed for an established recruiter who already understands the construction talent market and can independently source, engage, screen, qualify, and manage candidates through the recruiting process.

This is not an entry-level recruiting opportunity. We are specifically seeking recruiters with at least 5 years of professional recruiting experience and demonstrated experience recruiting construction professionals.

• Senior Project Managers
• Project Engineers
• Superintendents
• General Superintendents
• Construction Managers
• Estimators and Senior Estimators
• Preconstruction Professionals
• Electrical Project Managers and Estimators
• Mechanical and MEP Construction Professionals
• Commercial Construction Professionals
• Healthcare Construction Professionals
• Other construction management and skilled construction positions

What You'll Do:
• Recruit qualified construction professionals for available openings
• Independently source and headhunt passive and active candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach, discovery, and screening
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
• Verify applicable construction experience, project background, credentials, and other required qualifications
• Prepare accurate and complete candidate submissions
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
• Follow candidates through interviews, offers, and placement
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and consistent follow-up

Independent Contractor & Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. It is not a W-2 position. There is no salary, hourly wage, draw, guaranteed compensation, or employee benefits.

Independent recruiters are responsible for their own equipment, sourcing tools, business expenses, and applicable taxes.

Recruiting commissions are not immediate income. Compensation is earned through successful placements and paid according to the commission and payment terms outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement. Payment is not earned simply by sourcing or submitting a candidate. Placement commissions are subject to the applicable client hiring process, placement requirements, invoicing, client payment, and the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
