Oversee construction sites, lead teams of 30+ workers, and ensure projects progress on schedule while enforcing safety and compliance rules.
Job Description:-
- Direct Experience in managing workers in the Main/Subcontractor Labour Environment independently
- Well experienced with barbend scheduling
- Supervise and lead a construction team of 30 or more workers and subcontractors, etc.
- Ensuring timely and smooth progress of all worksites operation
- To oversee daily worksite operation and resolve workers' problems encountered.
- Monitor and ensure all workers comply with specific rules and requirements, etc.
Requirement:-
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to work beyond normal working hours (Mon to Sat)
