Senior Consultant and Beautician
Summary
Beautician providing facials, hair removal, and body treatments while handling client consultations, sales, and social-media content creation for a beauty clinic.
This role will assist the Managerin the day to day running outlets;
- Perform Daily Housekeeping and ensure high outlet cleanliness and hygiene at all beautystations/ equipment
- Ensure all equipment are cleaned with IPA before and after use
- Advise client’s skin condition and suitable facial treatment and home care program
- Perform facial, Hair Removal and Body Treatments
- To be involved and responsible in cashiering duties related to billing transactions
- To assist and serve customers and follow up appointments promptly
- Provide admin support and customer care support
- Maintain proper customers and inventory records
- Achieve Individual Monthly Sales Target and Outlet KPI (s) set by Branch Manager
- Work closely and build close rapport with colleagues and Manager to achieve company’s objectives
- In charge of content creation for Xiao Hong Shu social media platform
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements and Benefits

- 5 OFF Days per month
- Minimum 3 years experience
