About the Role
Looking for a fun, fast-paced role at the intersection of technology, finance, and client success? Join our Client Success team, as a Senior Consultant, where you’ll work with leading financial institutions (i.e. Investment Banks, Asset Owners, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers etc.) to solve business challenges and deliver meaningful value through technology.
This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or a related field who are looking to build on their existing experience and develop a career in FinTech.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll build on your existing industry experience while developing deeper expertise in financial technology, client success, and relationship management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing strong knowledge across our products, client workflows, and the financial services industry
Building trusted relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their business goals, challenges, and priorities
Working with clients to identify opportunities to improve their workflows, technology, and use of the FactSet product suite
Taking ownership of client initiatives and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client adoption, engagement, and overall experience
Developing commercial awareness by identifying opportunities that support client retention and growth
Managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of client issues from identification through to resolution
Acting as a voice of the client by sharing feedback and insights that can help drive product and service improvements
Contributing to team development by sharing knowledge and experience
Who We Are Looking For
An Australian Citizen/ Australia PR/ New Zealand Citizen.
Graduates or finance professionals with 2-4 years of working experience in the relevant industry
A bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting, majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered)
Passionate about technology and its application in finance
Eager to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Strong communicator, problem solver, and relationship builder
A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
