This role focuses on cross-border business, covering end-to-end content planning. Internally, you will align with business needs and break down core business value propositions. Externally, you will transform professional business information into engaging, seller-friendly content through systematic content planning, multi-format material creation, and full-channel distribution—ultimately driving business objectives and enhancing brand visibility.
Main Responsibility:
1. End-to-End GTM Content Planning & Material Creation
Collaborate with business teams to support positioning and GTM strategy for new policies, projects, and services. Independently develop content frameworks and produce full sets of materials, including recruitment copy, project one-pagers, pitch decks, official column articles, and more. Flexibly adapt between official platform tone and third-party media voice to suit different communication scenarios.
2. Official Channel Content Planning & Coordination
Oversee content planning, topic selection, and copywriting for official channels. Optimize content logic and structure based on channel characteristics and seller audiences. Coordinate with the Digital team to ensure content is properly executed and published, maintaining consistent brand tone and timely delivery across all channels.
3. Industry Insights & Content Strategy Iteration
Continuously monitor e-commerce industry trends, competitor content strategies, and shifts in seller needs. Regularly summarize market insights and propose content optimizations to support team strategy upgrades and management decisions.
4. Content Asset Management & Brand Governance
Organize, archive, and update content assets for assigned business areas. Maintain unified brand voice and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all external content channels.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Project Execution
Support key team projects by working effectively with cross-functional teams such as channel and merchant acquisition. Manage end-to-end content project execution to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Chinese Language, Journalism, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, brand planning, or marketing within the cross-border e-commerce industry. Familiarity with seller ecosystems and key pain points is essential.
Strong Chinese copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various styles and tailor clear, value-driven content for different channels.
- Independent content planning capability—able to manage the full process from requirement analysis and framework design to execution. Experience in delivering complete content projects is required.
- Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills. Responsible, proactive, and strong learning ability with independent thinking and judgment.
- Basic data awareness—able to assess content direction against business goals and refine strategies with input from data teams.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Comfortable reading English business materials and meeting workplace English requirements.
- A portfolio is required for application. A written test will be conducted to evaluate content planning and copywriting skills.
