About the Role

Our teams help clients build enterprise‑scale data platforms that power analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and intelligent applications. As a Senior Consultant – Data Engineer, you will lead technical delivery workstreams, guide engineering teams, and work directly with client stakeholders to architect and implement AI‑enabled data solutions. A senior engineering and delivery leadership role focused on designing, delivering, and scaling enterprise data, AI, and GenAI platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams while setting high technical standards. Support team growth and drive innovation.
- Design and deliver secure, scalable cloud data platforms. Architect modern data solutions for top cloud providers.
- Modernise data platforms and real‑time systems using AWS, Azure, and GCP. Build and launch production‑ready machine learning pipelines.
- Deploy AI solutions in collaboration with diverse teams. Develop and support enterprise GenAI and LLM‑powered applications.
- Deliver innovative GenAI solutions with strong governance - robust monitoring for data and AI models. Ensure model reliability, data quality, and compliance.
- Lead client engagements, deliver impactful technical solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and modern cloud data platforms.
- Strong expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP ecosystems.
- Extensive experience with Snowflake and Databricks
- Strong Python engineering skills and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience leading technical delivery workstreams and mentoring engineers.
- Experience designing and implementing AI and ML data platforms.
- Experience implementing model monitoring and observability capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder managementand communication skills.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
