Design and implementation of scalable data warehouse and BI solutions on Azure.
Drive the development of Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions aligned with business KPIs and executive reporting needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into efficient BI solutions.
Oversee and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Drive the use of scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and monitoring.
Collaborate with teams to integrate Big Data technologies into BI/DWH solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all reporting layers.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data warehouse architecture.
Act as a trusted advisor for BI strategy, suggesting best practices and emerging tools in the Azure ecosystem.

Technical

Data Warehousing (DWH) – design, architecture, and implementation
Azure Synapse Analytics / Azure Data Warehouse
Power BI – data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design, optimization
SQL – advanced querying, optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning
Database Knowledge – relational models, indexing, schema design
ETL/ELT Tools & Pipelines – data integration and orchestration
Data Modeling – star schema, snowflake schema, SCDs, fact/dimension design
Data Governance & Security – role-based access, compliance best practices
Cloud Ecosystem (Azure) – storage, compute, and analytics services
Scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation and data handling.
Exposure to Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Hadoop ecosystem).
