Senior Consultant - Landscape Architecture

WSP India is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Landscape Consultant to join our Landscape Architecture and Urban Design team. The successful candidate will lead and support the delivery of landscape architecture, public realm, urban design, infrastructure, and environmental planning projects across UK and international markets. The role requires technical excellence, design innovation, project management capability, and strong client engagement skills.

  • Lead the delivery of landscape architecture and public realm projects from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation.

  • Develop innovative, sustainable, and context-sensitive landscape solutions for urban developments, infrastructure, mixed-use projects, parks, campuses, and waterfronts.

  • Prepare landscape masterplans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, technical drawings, reports, presentations, and specifications.

  • Coordinate project delivery across multidisciplinary teams including planners, architects, urban designers, engineers, environmental specialists, and BIM teams.

  • Manage project schedules, resources, and quality assurance processes.

  • Support proposal preparation and business development initiatives.

  • Mentor junior landscape architects and consultants.

  • Master’s degree in landscape architecture.

  • 6-8 years of professional experience.

  • Experience leading medium-to-large-scale projects.

  • International project experience is desirable.

  • Professional membership with ISOLA, LI, IFLA, or equivalent is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office.

  • Revit/BIM workflows preferred.

  • Sustainable and climate-resilient landscape design expertise.

  • Knowledge of international standards and best practices.
