The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering professional advisory services to clients across various industries. The role oversees project execution, provides strategic recommendations, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements from project initiation through completion.
- Engage clients to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and project requirements.
- Analyse business processes and develop practical recommendations to improve organisational performance.
- Prepare project proposals, implementation plans, reports, and presentations.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify project risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for continued collaboration.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance throughout project delivery.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, project management, business advisory, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements within the region when required.
