Senior Consultant / Manager - Life Cycle Assessment
We are seeking a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Senior Consultant or Manager/Principal Consultant to join our LCA team.
Our clients are increasingly seeking expert LCA support to understand the environmental impacts of their products, services and systems; improve product design; make credible, evidence-based sustainability claims; and accelerate the transition to primary Scope 3 data. To meet this demand, we
are looking for a proven LCA practitioner who can contribute immediately to high-quality project delivery across our global team.
This role is based in the Philippines and can be partially hybrid (working from home several days / week).
This role is focused on delivering rigorous LCA modelling, high-quality analysis, strategic insight and clear client-facing recommendations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 (for Senior Consultant) or 6 (for Manager/Principal Consultant) years of practical, applied LCA experience, strong technical judgement, and the confidence to solve complex problems in real project settings.
We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigour with commercial and strategic thinking: someone who can understand a client’s challenge, design the right technical approach, execute it efficiently, and translate the results into compelling, actionable insight. Strong storytelling is essential. The ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations that resonate with the intended audience is one of the most important aspects of this role.
The successful candidate will be impact-driven, committed to environmental outcomes, personally accountable for the quality of their work, and motivated to continuously improve how we deliver, including through the effective and responsible use of AI.
Anthesis is a global advisory, and our skilled people have opportunities to be deployed dynamically beyond their home countries, and our clients often span the globe.
