Senior Consultant/Manager - Recruitment - IT/Non IT

Job Description:

We are hiring for an HR Recruiter for the role of Senior Consultant/Manager - IT/Non IT.

Working Mode:

Work From Home

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process IT/Non IT.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

- Schedule and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment tools and techniques.

- Good to have experience hiring for industries like Retail, Fashion, E-Commerce, Education, Fintech, Real Estate, Big Data and Analytics and Digital Transformation.

- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good Sourcing Knowledge.

Eligibility:

- Min 5+ Years of experience in IT/Non IT Recruitment.

- Any Degree / MBA / Any UG or PG.
