Senior Consultant - SAP

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our SAP team. This role will play a crucial part in delivering enterprise-level solutions and driving innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation, with a focus on SAP and its related technologies. They will work closely with our clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored SAP solutions. • Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions, utilizing Java, REST APIs, and UI automation.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, ensuring efficient and scalable SAP deployments.
• Implement CI/CD practices to automate the SAP development and deployment process, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data security and privacy by implementing robust SAP data protection measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, ensuring smooth SAP operations.

• Minimum 8.5 years of experience in enterprise application delivery, with a strong focus on SAP.
• Hands-on experience with Java, REST APIs, UI automation, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is a must.
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects, preferably in a consulting capacity.
• Excellent understanding of the complete SDLC and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot, is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
