Senior Consultant - SAP

As a Senior Specialist - Fiori, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative SAP Fiori applications. Your expertise in SAP UI5 and SAP CAP will be leveraged to create scalable, responsive, and cloud-native solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department.

• Lead the design and development of SAP Fiori applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Utilize SAP UI5 and SAP CAP to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Fiori, UI5, and CAP technologies, and incorporate them into our development processes.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of SAP Fiori applications, conducting regular code reviews and performance optimizations.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and knowledge base articles to support knowledge transfer and future development.
• Participate in client-facing activities, including requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and post-implementation support.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori/UI5/CAPM development and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP and S/4HANA environments, with a proven track record of developing cloud-native applications.
• Strong proficiency in SAP UI5 and SAP CAP, including experience with responsive design principles and cloud-based development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, ensuring efficient and effective development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive and self-driven approach, with a passion for staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Any relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Fiori, will be an added advantage.
