Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate should have experience in SAP implementation, configuration, rollout, enhancements, and production support, preferably in SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).

• Work on SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.

• Support SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.

• Handle intercompany accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.

• Configure and support Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), House Bank, Automatic Payment Program, MT940, and DMEE.

• Support SAP integration with MM and SD modules.

• Participate in data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.

• Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT to ensure solution quality.

• Resolve production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective SAP Finance solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Expertise in FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, and FI-AA.

• Knowledge of CO-CCA, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.

• Experience with Business Partner, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and intercompany accounting.

• Knowledge of EBS, House Bank, DMEE, MT940, and Automatic Payment Program.

• Understanding of SAP MM/SD integration with Finance.

• Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies and data migration tools such as LSMW and LTMC.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience and Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant SAP FICO experience.

• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Exposure to end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.

• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, or Trading domains is preferred.
