Senior Consultant/Team Lead-Finance Technical

Responsibilities:

· Provide instruction and training to technical resources to ensure work activities are on track and meets business needs.

· Seek and access innovative solutions to select products related to the current technology to be used as new standards in the product lifecycle.

· Analyze the potential impact of enhancements to the existing systems.

· Provide technical advice during product development and life cycle.

· Identify and recommend effective techniques to utilize during design, programming implementation and installation cycles.

· Assist in reviewing and refining user requirements for systems development and maintenance projects.

· Provide expertise across multiple platforms/operating systems, production support utilities, client/server application systems, telecommunications, and cellular industry.

· Control production by monitoring system processes, working to resolve system issues and following established escalation procedures as required.

· Monitor, execute and support the operations installation of new software releases/updates into production by providing high-level technical guidance to operations personnel.

· Monitor, execute and support production performance by performing benchmarking and research while initiating actions to improve results and/or problem correction.

· Provide the technical expertise and system knowledge to support operations efforts as it relates to customers, problems, issues and concerns

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Skills:

· Candidate should have broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud and EBS Applications with minimum 1+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

· Candidate should be Subject matter expertise within the ERP Data Domain including GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CashMgmt, and Projects.

· Should have the ability for functional foundation, verifiable ability to provide solutions based on functional specifications.

· Candidate should have strong experienced in business user interaction for requirement capturing, CRP Sessions, Task/Item completion, Phase Exit presentations, sign offs.

Desired Skills:

· Candidate having working knowledge of Agile best practices would be an added advantage.

· Should posess experience in onsite offshore project team models.

· Proven ability to integrate Cloud ERP with third-party providers such as banks, exchange rate platforms and CRM.

· Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times.

· Should have hands-on experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/ eText/ Scheduling/ Parameter Handling/ Bursting/ backup and migration of reports to different pods).

· Additional Reporting Tools: OTBI / Analysis Dashboard / ESS Base Financial reporting studio (FRS) and Smartview reports.

· Great to have Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services, Extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer.

· Should possess experience in AP Check printing, Positive pay templates, PO Printing, AP Printing, automated AR Invoice. Lockbox Processing / Bank Statement integration.
