Senior Consultant - Transition - Insurance - REF110367M

Key Responsibilities:Independently lead transitions for a business cluster or multiple large engagements.Train, manage, mentor, and direct Program Leads and Project Managers executing transitions.Manage and resolve project issues; build close rapport with client managers and stakeholders.Ensure compliance and continuous improvement aligned to the WNS transition methodology.Drive positive outcomes: financial alignment to solution design, strong customer experience, and metrics delivery from day 1 of go-live.Build transition capability by leading functional improvements and transition-effectiveness projects.Support business development: own/review transition solutions for new deals, ensure deliverability, identify gaps/systemic fixes, and deliver client/prospect presentations.

Work Experience:8+ years total experience, primarily in BPM/BPO, with hands-on leadership of large/complex transitions.Minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles.Experience leading teams of high-performing transition managers.Experience coordinating with IT project teams to deliver technology/tools as part of transition deliverables.Experience managing transformation projects that delivered efficiencies.Core Skills:Strong project management capability across project types, sizes, complexities, domains, and geographies.Strong customer relationship management; solid understanding of BPO operations (quality, MIS, SLAs, baselining).Commitment to quality, timelines, proactive decision-making, and continuous improvement.Strong organization, presentation, interpersonal, and consultative skills.Preferred: Project Management methodology certifications/experience and Six Sigma knowledge/certification.
