A day in the life:
As a Senior Content Manager at Monster, you'll take the reins in leading the charge on creative development and content localization for our iconic brands across Asia. You'll craft culturally resonant storytelling, streamline scalable production workflows, and oversee the governance of creative outputs to launch powerful campaigns that roar in alignment with our global brand standards.
The impact you’ll make:
- Creative Strategy & Localization – Adapt global assets and develop regional creative content that resonates with local audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
- Content Production Management – Build scalable production models leveraging agencies and in-house resources to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget.
- Brand Storytelling – Champion consumer-centric narratives informed by insights and behavioral data to strengthen engagement.
- Governance & Compliance – Ensure creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across markets. Develop, maintain, and manage approved logos, presentation assets/templates, fonts, icons, images, and style guides to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Knowledge Sharing – Develop playbooks and frameworks for local teams to execute content effectively and consistently.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Journalism, or related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in creative, creative strategy, or creative accounts management.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in CPG (Consumer packaged goods), beverage industry.
- Computer Skills Desired: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with content management systems.
