Senior Contract Manager ( CM)
Strategic Role
Contract governance anchor for the organization, ensuring contractual integrity, risk mitigation, compliance excellence, and decision-support transparency across expanding business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle by managing formulating, review, compliance, and administration to ensure efficient execution and risk mitigation across growing business operations.
- Identify and mitigate commercial, legal, and operational risks to protect the company and ensure smooth contract execution.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date contract database while providing regular reporting on contract volume, status, and risk exposure to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual standards.
- Process contract and amendment requests in accordance with company policies, governance standards, and approval procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in contract management, commercial governance, legal operations, or contract administration.
- Strong experience supporting the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, approval, execution, amendment, renewal, and closeout.
- Sound understanding of contractual terms, commercial risk, legal requirements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, legal, and operational risks.
- Experience managing contract databases and producing accurate reports on contract status, volume, obligations, expiry dates, and risk exposure.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that contract documents and supporting records are complete, accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Familiarity with contract approval workflows, delegation-of-authority requirements, company policies, and document-control procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficient in contract-management systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools, with strong English and Bahasa Indonesia capabilities.
