Established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local built environment sector.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee contractual and commercial matters for building construction projects.
Manage tendering, contract preparation, evaluation, negotiation and award.
Review and administer main contracts and subcontract agreements.
Monitor project costs, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
Manage contractual claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and dispute resolution.
Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in contracts management within the construction industry
- HQ-Based, Singapore
